• "We", "us", "our" — Pet Comfort World Ltd, company number 16879331.
• "You", "your" — the visitor, retail customer or agency client using this website or our services.
• "Services" — the marketplace management, advertising, social commerce, product research and related services we offer.
• "Service schedule" — the signed document defining the scope, deliverables, fees and reporting for your engagement.
• "Products" — pet products sold through our retail store.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that breaches any law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its systems or data.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code.
• Scrape, copy or republish content without our written permission.
• Use the site to send unsolicited communications or engage in fraudulent activity.

We may suspend or block access at any time where we believe these terms are being breached.

Our agency services are governed by a signed service schedule and agreement. The following applies in addition:

• Scope — we deliver only the work set out in your signed service schedule. Anything outside that scope requires a written variation.
• No guarantee of results — we do not guarantee sales, profits, rankings, advertising returns, account reinstatement or any specific outcome. Platform changes, competition and your own operations can all affect results. We commit to reasonable care and skill, not outcomes.
• Account access — we use platform-approved, delegated access where supported. You retain primary ownership and recovery access at all times. We never collect marketplace passwords or imply every platform supports automatic integration.
• Your responsibilities — you remain responsible for your products, fulfilment, returns, taxes, customer obligations and compliance, unless specific responsibilities are assigned in your service schedule.
• Fees — fees are payable as set out in your service schedule. A retainer and commission are both payable only if both are selected. Statements are issued at least monthly.
• Term & termination — after the initial term, either party may end with written notice as set out in the agreement. Account ownership and access are never held as security for fees.

Where you purchase pet products from our retail store:

• Products are offered subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
• Pricing is shown in GBP and includes applicable VAT where required.
• Delivery timescales are estimates; we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
• Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, video and design — is owned by or licensed to Pet Comfort World Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use or as permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Comfort World Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our services, including loss of profits, sales, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from our agency services is limited to the fees paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable. Marketplaces, advertising platforms and social channels are third-party services we do not control; their terms, policies and performance are outside our responsibility.

This website may contain links to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices and encourage you to review them independently.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where you are a consumer with statutory rights to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
