How it works

A clear path from first call to monthly settlement

No work begins until a service schedule is signed and access is authorised. Here is what to expect.

01

Consultation

We start with a no-obligation call to understand your products, channels and goals.

02

Audit

A structured review of your accounts, listings and advertising to find the biggest opportunities.

03

Proposal

A clear written proposal with scope, deliverables, reporting cadence and fee model.

04

Signed Agreement

A completed service schedule and agreement before any work begins.

05

Authorised Access

You grant delegated, platform-approved access — you keep primary ownership and recovery.

06

Launch

We begin the agreed work across your selected channels within the approved scope and budget.

07

Monthly Reporting

At least monthly reporting on agreed activities and metrics, with a review meeting.

08

Settlement

A transparent monthly statement separating sales, fees, ad spend and the total due.

Client portal

A secure portal for every client

Each client sees only their own records — dashboard, authorised connections, services, tasks, messages, file uploads, budget approvals, campaign reports, agreements, invoices and payment status.

  • Campaign reports

Ad spend, ROAS and channel performance with source and last-refresh time.

  • Monthly statements

Sales, refunds, fees, ad spend and total due — separated and exportable.

  • Fee basis on record

Your signed fee basis and rate stored, so every statement is consistent.

  • Content calendar

Scheduled content and tasks across your social channels, visible in one place.

Pricing & partnership

Three ways to work together

Only the fee method in your signed service schedule applies. A retainer and commission are both payable only if both are selected. We do not publish rates here — request a proposal for a quote tailored to your accounts.

Option A

Fixed Monthly Management

A predictable monthly retainer for a defined scope of work.

Best when you want stable coverage and clear monthly costs. Scope, deliverables and reporting are set out in your service schedule.

Option B

Percentage of Eligible Net Sales

A commission on paid product sales recorded in your managed accounts.

Eligible Net Sales means paid sales less discounts, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and VAT/sales tax. The schedule defines which accounts and whether all or a defined subset qualify.

Option C

Percentage of Defined Operating Profit

A share of positive defined operating profit for the specified accounts.

Defined Operating Profit deducts documented cost of goods, marketplace and payment fees, fulfilment, approved ad spend and listed costs. Negative profit produces no profit share.

Not sure which model fits?

Request a proposal and we will recommend a fee structure based on your channels and goals.
